Neurologist and neuroscienctist Ash Ranpura, co-author of How To Be Human: The Manual (with Ruby Wax and Gelong Thubten), will talk to Michelin star chef Josh Eggleton MBE, co-founder of the restaurants taking Somerset by storm – The Pony and Trap, Root Bristol and Wells -about his journey from Gordon Ramsay Scholar to Michelin star recognition, the field-to-fork movement and why taste has a grammar-like structure and food the qualities of language.
