Sarah Edwards is a Somerset-based artist whose practice is founded on two separate but, in her hands, clearly complementary, visual strands: her immediate natural surroundings - the woods, hedgerows and flora - and the lush fabric textures of the catwalk.

She somehow elicits unexpected echoes between the two, accentuated by a rich vibrant palette. Fastidious in the process of making the prints themselves, she is building a body of work that is meticulous in its editorial precision and and playful in its juxtaposition.
